Our Gouda has been cold-smoked in the traditional European fashion using our own special blends of fine hardwoods. This perfect combination leaves a soft-textured, mild-tasting cheese with a smoky finish. Great for entertaining occasions, baked into appetizers, added to your cheese charcuterie board or simply enjoyed as a snack.
