The Smoked Monterey Jack is mild, but flavourful, with a long creamy finish and potent smokiness that pairs wonderfully with a flavourful, malty lager. Marzën lagers have distinct malty qualities and are slightly sweet, with a nice bitter finish. They can be a bit earthy too.
