This is an inviting, easy-drinking beer and makes a harmonious, balanced pairing. The creamy cheese goes well with the beer's lightly earthy with sweet cereal/grain qualities. A very nice match. In Ontario, Wellington Brewery's Helles Lager is a good pairing.
